The Pike County Development Authority has been assisting businesses and individuals throughout the county for over 40 years. We could not provide these services if it were not for the help of our partners. The board members and staff would genuinely like to say "Thank You" to our sponsors, for another great year. 

If there is anything we can do to help promote your business, assist with recruitment, or provide resources or support please contact us. Some of our services include: 

• Employee Recruitment: We post bi-weekly jobs on our website, facebook page, and host job fairs, as well as provide testing and application assistance at our office.
• Business Retention: Create marketing materials and solicit businesses. Assist with demographic research, financial planning, business planning, and expansion planning.
• Grant Assistance: Apply for employee training funding, infrastructure funding, recycling, or other state or federal funding.

• Secured funding for the pedestrian walk bridge for Bowling Green
• Secured funding for the pedestrian walk bridge for Louisiana
• Secured funding for Pike County Schools for Work Keys testing
• Wrote and assisted with several recycling projects
• Assisted many residents with job applications and resumes
• Facilitated employment testing for area businesses
• Bi-weekly available job postings
• Continued development work with the Pike/Lincoln County Port Authority

We work with our local real estate partners to keep our available buildings and land for sale listings continuously updated.

We work with local Pike County Schools to get our businesses in front of the students at an early age so we can start educating them as to the many different job opportunities that are here in Pike County for both short term and long term careers.
